1. Who we are. This website is operated by The Media Rights Collective Limited ("TMRC", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09930769. Registered office: 15 Stevens Lane, Rotherfield Peppard, Henley-on-Thames, England, RG9 5RG. VAT registration number: GB 497 3460 50. Email: jessica@mediarightscollective.com. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Scope. The Media Rights Collective is a clearance and business affairs consultancy. The content of this site is general information about our services; it is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. We are not a firm of solicitors and are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Browsing the site, contacting us or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship or any duty of care; that arises only when we confirm an engagement in writing.

3. Our services. Any services we provide are governed by the terms agreed for that engagement (our quote and any written terms accompanying it), not by these website terms. If the two conflict, the engagement terms prevail.

4. Intellectual property. The content of this site — text, design, graphics and logos — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. The Media Rights Collective® is a registered trade mark of The Media Rights Collective Limited (UK00004360034). Film and television artwork, titles and company logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear solely to identify productions and companies we have worked with; no endorsement is implied and no licence to use them is granted.

5. Acceptable use. You must not misuse this site, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or scraping or harvesting content or data.

6. Third-party links. Links to other websites (for example, IMDb) are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability. This site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — except that, if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.
